Creating a Meteora pool

Native creation uses official Meteora PresetParameter2 accounts, verified mint owners/decimals and canonical byte ordering.

Reversed token order reciprocates the human price and adjusts raw-unit price for decimals.

Review mints, active bin, network, rent and amounts before signing.

Pool creation and deposits are separate actions.

Native operations explicitly exclude ENES policies; simulator stacks are not deployed.

Public RPC may reject fee estimates; signing stays disabled until costs are available.
