Terms & risks

No custody or advice

ENES is experimental software, not financial advice. Your wallet performs every financial approval. Quotes, fee estimates, price impacts and simulations are time-sensitive and do not guarantee execution or profit. No QA transaction is sent by the builder.

Execution boundaries

Native Meteora operations are not protected by simulated ENES stacks. Publishing metadata does not deploy, verify or stake a program. No ENES token, royalty vault or governance resolver is active. Onchain financial actions remain unavailable until genuine executable/IDL/network checks are implemented and pass.

Author responsibility

Publish only source and content you have rights to distribute. Public versions and hashes are immutable and downloads/forks preserve attribution. ENES does not verify arbitrary source safety through JSON validation; it never evaluates uploaded arbitrary code.

Transaction uncertainty

Timeout, provider rejection and blockhash expiry must not be mistaken for proof that an operation did not execute. Reconcile signatures and actual accounts before rebuilding remaining actions. No service-side reversal or recovery of wallet secrets is possible.

Availability

Public RPC may reject fee/history calls. Signing remains disabled if fees or preflight cannot be verified. Full account deletion, indexer ingestion, public MCP/SDK/x402 and native ENES programs remain unimplemented; these terms describe current software, not a promised deployment.
